Robert Roche is Founder and President of Roche Enterprises, Ltd., the company that owns Gallup Land Partners, LLC and the Gallup 9th Street Flea Market. An investor, philanthropist, and civic leader, Roche has been involved as a founder, investor, or advisor in more than 40 companies in the United States and Asia. His other real estate interests in the United States include Sand Hollow Resort, LLC; Green River Companies, LLC; and HG Kauai Joint Venture, LLC . Over the past five years, Roche Enterprises has made investments of more than $40 million (USD) in Gallup, New Mexico, with the goal of driving economic growth and development in Gallup-McKinley County.
Along with his successful business ventures, Roche is an engaged civic leader who has made significant contributions. Individually, and through the Roche Family Foundation, Robert Roche supports educational institutions, community programs and philanthropic causes in the U.S. and abroad. In 2010, Roche and the Roche Family Foundation provided a $3 million gift to the University of Denver to establish a Masters of Laws (LLM) in International Business Transactions program at the Sturm College of Law. He also funds scholarship programs at the University of New Mexico-Gallup.
Jacob J. Bracken

HG Management, LLC
Jacob Bracken is Chief Executive Officer of HG Management, LLC, the management company responsible for Gallup Land Partners and the Gallup 9th Street Flea Market. His role includes oversight of development and operations for diverse projects across 3 states, including Gallup Land Partners, LLC; Sand Hollow Resort, LLC, a golf and hospitality property in Hurricane, Utah; Green River Companies, LLC, a 5,000-acre farm in Utah; and HG Kauai Joint Venture, LLC in Hawaii.
Bracken has more than 15 years of professional experience in accounting, real estate development, and business management. In 2006, Bracken joined the initial development team at Sand Hollow Resort, a 1000-acre project in Southern Utah, as the chief financial officer. Under his leadership, Sand Hollow Resort has developed and sold more than 350 home-sites, built a nationally-recognized golf course, and developed resort and hospitality operations with more than $4 million (USD) in annual revenues. He assumed responsibilities for Gallup Land Partners in 2003.
Adam Wilkey, Administrative Services Manager
Adam joined Gallup Land Partners, Inc. in 2014 as Administrative Services Manager, with responsibilities for general management, leases, land management, and property sales. He also has overall responsibility for the Gallup 9th Street Flea Market. Previously, Adam worked at Sand Hollow Resort, LLC, and Green River Companies, LLC, two additional Roche Enterprises Companies. At Sand Hollow Resort, he supported golf course operations and events, and he assisted with infrastructure and general labor at Green River Companies.
Active in the Gallup community, Adam serves on the Gallup Tourism Board as Treasurer for Adventure Gallup and Beyond. He also manages the University of New Mexico’s entrepreneur scholarship program, which is financially supported by Roche Enterprises. Adam is currently a part-time student at the University of New Mexico-Gallup, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business. He resides in Gallup with his wife and four children.
Joanna Baker, Administrative Coordinator
Joanna joined Gallup Land Partners as an administrative coordinator in 2017. She is responsible for administrative and operational functions, including customer service, client communications, compliance, documentation, and shipping. She also functions as a liaison with the BNSF on switches and other operational tasks for the Gallup Energy Logistics Park. Previously, she worked as an NGL Rail Coordinator with Phillips 66, and as an Operations Assistant for Conoco Phillips.
Joanna graduated from the University of New Mexico-Gallup in 2006 with an associate’s degree in Applied Science/Information Technology.
