Robert Roche is Founder and President of Roche Enterprises the company that owns Gallup Land Partners, LLC and the Gallup 9th Street Flea Market. An investor, philanthropist, and civic leader, Roche has been involved as a founder, investor, or advisor in more than 50 companies in the United States and Asia, including Oak Lawn Marketing, Acorn International, IS Seafood, and Redhorse Performance, Inc. His real estate interests in the United States include Sand Hollow Resort, LLC; Green River Companies, LLC; and HG Kauai Joint Venture, LLC . Roche Enterprises has made investments of more than $40 million (USD) in Gallup, New Mexico, with the goal of driving economic growth and development in Gallup-McKinley County.

Along with his successful business ventures, Roche is an engaged civic leader who has made significant contributions. Individually, and through the Roche Family Foundation, Robert Roche supports educational institutions, community programs and philanthropic causes in the U.S. and abroad. In 2010, Roche and the Roche Family Foundation provided a $3 million gift to the University of Denver to establish a Masters of Laws (LLM) in International Business Transactions program at the Sturm College of Law. He also funds scholarship programs at the University of New Mexico-Gallup.

Jacob J. Bracken
Chief Executive Officer
Gallup Land Partners, LLC

Jacob Bracken is the Chief Executive Officer of HG Management, Sand Hollow Resort, and Gallup Land Partners. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Green Rock Hemp Holdings, LLC; Red Mesa Science and Refining, LLC; Sand Hollow Foundation, and the Sand Hollow Resort Homeowners Association. His role includes oversight of development and operations for diverse projects, including Gallup Land Partners, LLC; Sand Hollow Resort, LLC, a golf and hospitability property in Hurricane, Utah; Green River Companies, LLC, a 5,000-acre farm in Utah; and HG Kauai Joint Venture, LLC in Hawaii. In addition, he provides management services to Cachet Hotels & Resorts and HG Kauai.

Bracken began supporting Roche Enterprises businesses in 2006 as the Chief Financial Officer for the initial development of Sand Hollow Resort, a 1,000-acre project in Hurricane, Utah. Under his leadership, Sand Hollow Resort has developed real estate assets valued at more than $200 million; built a nationally-recognized golf course; created 35,000 square feet of event space; and developed resort and hospitability operations with more than $13M (USD) in annual revenues. Today, Sand Hollow welcomes more than 300,000 guests each year.

Over the years, Bracken’s role has expanded, and he now oversees diverse Roche Enterprises businesses and real estate assets of more than $500M across four states, including Utah, New Mexico, Hawaii, and New York. He is leading the development of Gallup Land Partners, which consists of approximately 26,000 acres of land near Gallup, New Mexico, and includes the Gallup Energy Logistics Park (GELP), a 2,500-acre rail-served industrial park certified by BNSF. In Gallup and the communities he works, he has collaborated with state and local governments, economic development organizations, and the Navajo Nation to build strong partnerships, and has helped create more than 200 jobs.

Bracken earned a master’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Utah. He resides in Hurricane, Utah with his daughter, and his son, who attends the University of Utah.

Martin O’Malley, General Manager

Marty joined Gallup Land Partners as a consultant in 2016 during the assumption of the Gallup 9th Street Flea Market and then joined the company as a full-time employee in 2017. He is responsible for the overall management of Gallup Land Partners holdings. Prior to joining Gallup Land Partners, he held director-level positions with national corporations, including Catapult Learning LLC, as well as with the State government, serving as a division director with the Arizona Superior Court.

A 30-year resident of Gallup and the surrounding area, Marty maintains a strong commitment to creating opportunity in McKinley County. He earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and has had extensive training in organizational management and human services.
